plagiarism?

I thought I heard Avril Lagvine - I Will Be playing on Fly Fm..
I couldn't hear properly because the volume was too low..
I turned the knob a little to increase the volume..
I was sure it was "I Will Be", except that the singer wasn't Avril Lagvine.
