i just felt like putting this up on my blog due to boredom, and of course while bleach is loading on youtube. heheh. did it in my college during free time.
anyway.. i don't think it's a poem although that was what i intended to do.
Parch not the elegance of a rose,
condescending others with its presence;
Exhibiting such innocence it holds eternal.
Meticulous in a way,
Yet forever noble.. Forever majestic.
if anyone can even classify this, tell me? haha!
argh! i'm so retardedly emo.

warning
This is pretty scary, in connection with the case on Ms Canny Ong who was raped and killed last year. It happened in Penang if you're wondering.
A friend stopped at a pay-at-the-pump gas station to get gas. Once she filled her gas tank after paying at the pump and was about to leave, the attendant inside came over the speaker.
He told her that something happened with her card and that she needed to come inside to pay. The lady was confused because the transaction showed complete and approved. She told him that and was getting ready to leave but the attendant once again urged her to come in to pay or else.
She proceeded to go inside and started arguing with the attendant about his threat. He told her to calm down and listen carefully :
He told her that while she was pumping gas, a guy slipped into the back seat of her car on the other side and he had called the police. She immediately became scared and looked out there in time to see her car door open and the guy slip out.
The report is that the new gang initiation thing is to bring back a woman's body part. One way they are doing this is crawling under girls/women's cars while they're pumping gas or at grocery stores at night. Then, they will cut of the legs ankles to disable them in order to kidnap, kill and dismember them. The other way is slipping into unattended cars and kidnapping the women to kill and dismember them.
Please pass this on to other women, young and old alike. Be extra careful going to and from your car at night. If at all possible, don't go alone! This is real!!
The message:
1. ALWAYS lock your car doors, even if you're gone for just a second.
2. Check underneath your car when approaching it for re-entry, and check in the back before getting in.
3. Always be aware of your surroundings and other individuals in your general vicinity, particularly at night!

first week over
i can gladly say that college is over..
well at least the first week of a whole year! hahaha!
it's been really hard to catch up with the class.
and sunway college isn't really very entertaining.. sorry. NOT ENTERTAINING AT ALL.
they have 1 foosball table, 1 dance studio and lots and lots of computers without MSN. at least they have IE to check friendster and blogs! haha!
everyone in the classes are so quiet! i don't even have more than 5 new friends =(
so, i'm nerdifying myself by going to the library to read books or do homework whenever i'm free. i even bought a book on 'synonyms and acronyms' plus a 'japanese-english' book for who knows what.. LOL. yay japanese!
I SO NEED A MP3 PLAYER OR SOMETHING!
anyway, just when i thought i had the weekend to relax..
i found out that actually we had to check this 'blackboard' thing everyday which is a website that our lecturers all use.
it is horrible!
i get homework on days i don't have the subject, assignments non-stop(currently just 2 but it's a lot for such an early stage!) and there's a calendar with our oral tests and whatnot already.
btw, my subjects are :
English(must brush up), Mathematics(tough assignments), Computer Science(learn RAM, ROM and stuff), Accounts(homework pile!). plus Malaysian Studies(moral, history n bm) of course.
*im getting jeff moments in college. or rather what cheryl calls it, himbo moment. sighhh.. -___- *

yi lu xiang bei
okay ignore the random title.
Lih Fern and I were dramatically bored today due to the many 1 hour 15 minutes breaks..
in our boredom, we found out that there was a foosball table in our college from my friend.
and while walking around exploring more of Sunway College(particularly to find where the foosball tables are), we found a hidden elevator.. lol. what the heck.
ANYWAY, we were talking about how HELP had a pool table and why we didn't have one.
suddenly, our ears overheard this guy(staff of Sunway College) saying to another person that they wouldn't have any problem fitting a pool table in the students area.
BOTH OF US WERE LIKE..
*ehhh! shush! did u hear what he said? pool tables! go listen!*
XD
i'm so praying that there will be a pool table here soon.
definitely need a way to spend my long breaksoff instead of stoning =)
oh and we can go online in college, lol. i just found out..
Friendster and Facebook here we come! xP
*everyone seems to have someone.. except me. sigh.. still waiting*

college schedule
annoying little piece of paper.
AND YES IT WAS SUPER ANNOYING!
because i entered late, i couldn't choose my break time and guess what?
my break is at 9.45 to 11am! sooooooooo stupid!
what the heck am i going to eat? breakfast again?!
ARGH!!
anyway, i had an exam today.
well ,two actually. one english and one maths.
for english..
we had to write a 250+ words essay.. the titles :
1. Something I did or did not do right. (or something like that)
2. Everyone looked at me...... (hehe i chose to do this one!)
for maths..
it was like a mixture of maths and add maths! so scary!
luckily i didn't have to do the advanced maths part(intergrate n differentiate) since i'm not taking advanced maths subject.
the first day of college also got exams!
i was like panicking until the director of MUFY(Monash University Foundation Year) told us that it was just a placement test.. haha!
so guess what i wrote about in my essay?
couldn't think of anything so i wrote about the Sunway College itself. applications, placement tests and all. hahahahaha! i'm gonna be screwed!
btw, i wasn't the only one that came in late..
there were 6 others from Nigeria, one was from Bangladesh and the last one, which is now my college buddy transferred from HELP to Sunway! Yaaaay Sunway! =D
Li Fen(college buddy) and I went exploring the campus of Sunway.. hahaha!
it was actually quite small.
the food.. 1901 hotdogs, San Francisco Coffee, economy rice, roti canai n stuff, prawn mee, curry mee, and some other stuff! haha! it isn't that bad after all!
ps. i met a few DJ-ians : yoong ken, su wei, tzin hwang, ee may, jia sheng and ngai hong there!
*i'll post up my college schedule when it's confirmed permanent. =) *

and i can't believe i switched from S.A.M to doing foundation.
hehe. only four subjects but still lotsa work. FOUR SUBJECTS! YAY! xP
it all started by my dad's idea of scouting for colleges and then we landed signing up for it.
everything is just so rushy.. and sudden! BAHHHH!
i know i won't waste my time anymore, but i won't be having anymore free time either..
hope i will still be able to send off those i cherish so much.

it is definitely unexpected, even to me.
I kept going on and on about entering Taylors doing South Australian Matriculation and whatnot.. never thought that i would end up in Sunway College..

batman joke
Batman and Robin are camping in the desert, set up their tent and are asleep.
Some hours later, Batman wakes his faithful friend.
"Robin, look up at the sky and tell me what you see."
Robin replies, "I see millions of stars."
"What does that tell you?" asks Batman.
Robin ponders for a minute.
"Astronomically speaking, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets.
Astrologically, it tells me that Saturn is in Leo.
Chronologically, it appears to be approximately a quarter past three.
Theologically, it's evident the Lord is all-powerful and we are small and insignificant.
Meteorologically, it seems we will have a beautiful day tomorrow.
What does it tell you, Batman?"
Batman is silent for a moment, then speaks:
"Robin, you idiot. Someone has stolen our tent."
*this has been taken from my friend's blog(zac vin), i'm just spreading the joke around =) *

robbery tactic
The latest tactic used by robbers to stop you while driving and to rob, rape or slash you has come to my attention.
LATEST CASE
My good friend was driving along Kesas Highway with his wife just after Plaza Tol Puchong towards Kajang last Sunday 23rd December at around 11 pm after attending a dinner function at his relative's house in Bandar Sunway. Suddenly, a motorbike overtook them and the pillion rider threw 2 eggs towards his car windscreen. Within seconds, his whole windscreen was smeared with the messy broken eggs. His immediate reflex action was to turn on the windscreen wipers which quickly covered the whole surface and blurred his vision. (very wrong move)
So he immediately slowed his car and brought it to a halt along the emergency lane. Then he got out of his car and was trying to wipe and wash the windscreen while his wife was seated inside the car. All of a sudden a Proton Satria stopped behind his car and 3 guys came running towards him with samurai swords screaming at him to surrender his car and wallet. Luckily my friend, who is attached to the police CID, managed to pull his gun out and fire two warning shots in the air. The 3 guys ran helter skelter back into their car and drove off at a very high speed. He called up for assistance and was told the getaway car had a false number plate.
Apparently, this tactic has been used quite often in the latest string of road side robberies especially with lady drivers or men driving alone or with women and small children.
So please, should you encounter such a situation, REMEMBER to make sure:
Be Safe.

true colours
some people will start
singing
dancing
daydreaming
when around them is nothing but empty space.
some people discover themselves
and lost in their temporary authenticity
isn’t it sad
when fantasies are murdered by reality
when surviving is about hiding
and people will only start showing up
when they are alone.
let’s throw a party
take off those masks
hurt yourself no more with them
don't lose yourself to those masks you wear.
life isn’t a fiction
lines shouldn’t be rehearsed
show your true colors.
